Rl28 boom bit
I am making up a new boom for my Rl28. The boom end fitting that connects to the mast gooseneck needs replacing. Initial enquiries about a replacement have not been encouraging. Can anyone suggest places or suppliers to approach for a new fitting.

Re: Rl28 boom bit
The gooseneck fitting on my RL slides in a track with a standard toggle to clip it off and this adjustable gooseneck has a standard pin into the boom likeb the illustration on this web site http://www.binksonline.com.au/store/category64_1.htm however
If I upgrade my boom I would look at http://www.bruceroberts.com.au/ as it would assist in reefing from the cockpit

Stuat.
The original fitting would have been a RF403 and probably superseded by now. Contact "Ronstan" for the current equivalent.

Just some info incase someone finds it useful:

I am replacing my gooseneck too and ronstan don't make anything similar any more. I had trouble finding something to suit. I ended up ordering a riley RM85 Gooseneck and 250mm of 22mm Track RM103A
about $100 all up.
