Replying to:Swing Keel Rules/Modifications
Can anyone advise me of the rules under the RL 24 design laws that are applicable to rebuilding a swing keel on a Mark 3. We are currently sailing with the standard swing keel made of cast iron and am considering building a more aerodynamic keel in the winter. What rules are applicable that will still allow the new keel to be built legally. Weight/shape/size etc.

Can anyone help us.
