Where do I buy an RL 24 drop keel section ?
I have a DK - but the keel is home made. It is blunt, wide and slow. Where can I get the 'real thing' or a good aftermarket section? 0419 988035.

Martin, you don't state where you are located.

I have RL434 which is a factory Mk4 named INMA. When I bought INMA 15 years ago, she came with a spare keel and rudder foil. The keel and rudder were made by Holmes Brothers.

I live in Melbourne.

INMA is currently for sale for 12k. Importantly, I've offered a loan of the spare keel and rudder to anyone prepared to make a mold and make their own keel etc.

I have several offers to buy the spare keel and rudder, however they will be offered for sale with INMA, until INMA is sold the spare keel and rudder remain with me.

If you are interested in borrowing the keel and rudder, contact me. If copying the keel it would be wise to measure the keel location in INMA because she is perfectly balanced with the factory skiff rig.

Kevin, I moved the outboard into the well, otherwise RL434 is the same as when you sold her.

The canvas cover she wears has done a good job of looking after her. I replaced the original trailer with a longer custom trailer about 2004.

She is well made and always a pleasure when sailing. Its hard to convince others how easily she planes.

Thankyou for making a brilliant yacht.
