    Replying to:Painting a Rudder
    The rudder on Swan really needs a paint. But I have no experience on paining this type of surface. Presumably I can give it a light sand with an orbital sander and wet and dry paper but is a primer necessary and what type restorative coating is appropriate. I would appreciate any ideas.
