RL28 skeg bent
An RL28 (built in 1984) that I'm looking at buying has a bent skeg (and prop shaft) from a tailer accident. Any clues on straightening the skeg and/or how the skeg is attached to give me some idea of how difficult it will be to repair?

Re: RL28 skeg bent
I assume that you are refering to the propellor shaft skeg, this is secured with six stainless bolts, and the nuts are located under the cockpit floor, Usually trying to bend a bronze casting results in it fracturing so it may need a new fitting.
