Status 580 slipstream
As previously discussed, My father has a status 580 slipstream. It has been in the water around 6 times. In as new condition, new yamaha outboard (unused), 1 set ulmer kolius sails, no kite, has owned since new. Ill health means the yacht has to go. I would like to purchase it and he is ready to sell, what should I pay him? I am lucky I have two friends workin at rob hart boat building here in mornington who are keen to help me learn to sail but we dont know what to pay for it. Can anybody give me an idea? And is anyone on the penninsula (mornington victoria) an owner of a 580? thanks, James. Condition is new. And I think It was bought early 90's in sydney. Sail number006.
